“Jelly Noodle”-Si Chuan First Restaurant

What is different between “SiChuan” food and other chinese food????

There are one reason i can tell you right away, SiChuan food is All “Spicy”!!!!

i just asked the waitress when i walk in the restaurant, “Is it anything cold and spicy???”

and the waitress said: “Jelly Noodle” is good. she told me to try it.

It tasted very good, this is my first experiences eat cool noodle with whole bowl of chili sauce..

I strong recommend to try it, specially people who love spicy as well
